Join us on Saturday 18th November at Rose Hill Community centre for our Creative Lights Festival: Wondrous Whale Walk!
Saturday 18th November, 2pm – 5.30pm
A magical mix of lanterns, lights and festive cheer. Have a go at some free craft and digital workshops – special effects, animation, music, lantern making, willow headdress, arts and crafts and more at our ocean themed event, organised by RHJYC & Film Oxford!

Come and engage with our community stalls from Earthwatch and Rose Hill & Iffley Low Carbon, and enter the RHILC poster competition (details below)!

Join us for the finale lantern parade celebrating the fantastic whale and fish light sculptures – and dance in the streets to the rhythm and beat of brass band, Horns of Plenty.
Supported by Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire County Council, Film Oxford, Rose Hill Junior Youth Club, Feltham Construction, Rose Hill Community centre, Oxford City Farm.
A big thanks to Mani (thebigorangem) for coordinating the build of our giant whale lanterns!
