Thanks to support from local donors, @oxfordfoodhub, @AldiUK – Chipping Norton, Rose Hill Community centre & Rose Hill’s Neighbourhood Police Team, we were able to make 200 boxes of essential food items and bags of festive treats for local families this winter.

The boxes contained various tinned foods, cereal, rice, pasta and pasta sauce, as well as a bag filled with festive treats like chocolates, biscuits, crisps and mince pies.

Aldi’s Chipping Norton store helped us with ordering the stock and even donated some extra items for our boxes.

Rose Hill Community centre helped us with storage and Rose Hill’s Neighbourhood Police team helped us with packing and moving the boxes.

The food boxes were then distributed to families who attended Rose Hill Junior Youth club and John Henry Newman Academy, during the last week before the Christmas break.

We’d like to thank all of the local donors and Oxford Food Hub for funding this wonderful project, ensuring families were fed this winter.
